Strategic Overview

Are you a rising star in the culinary world? This is your stage to redefine tradition. The Young Chef of the Year competition challenges chefs under the age of 25 to bridge the gap between Tunisia’s rich culinary heritage and contemporary gastronomy. In this high-pressure live cooking event, you will have 120 minutes to execute a signature Tunisian dish reimagined through a modern lens. We are looking for technical precision, innovative presentation, and flavors that tell a story.

Rules & Regulations

1. Time Allowed (120 Minutes)

2. This class is for the young chefs ( Age below 25 on the day of competition )

3. Prepare a tunisian dish presented in a modern style

4. Portion 100 – 150 grams with appropriate garnish

5. Make 2 portions each; one for display, and one for judges' tasting

6. Typewritten recipes with description are required
